I applied online and got called into the office to take a home health aide test. The HR lady and nurse went over my testing and gave me a call for my interview. The nurse went over the testing with me during orientation and helped me with the questions I got wrong. You also have to bring in a friend to demonstrate skills on so they know what you are doing when you're out in the field.
