Interview
it was easy! An interim healthcare job interview is similar to other job interviews, but with a focus on the specific skills and experience needed for healthcare positions. It is typically conducted by a hiring manager, HR representative, or a team of interviewers who are seeking to fill a temporary healthcare position. The interview process may include a phone or video screening, followed by an in-person interview at the healthcare facility. The candidate may be asked questions about their education, training, and work experience in the healthcare field, as well as their ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The interview process is very quick. They do a lot of pre-screening and Facebook stalking of employees before bringing them in for an interview. The Corporate culture has NO diversity. It consists of (mostly family) and like-minded greedy individuals. Details regarding health insurance were brushed off and ignored. Also, vague details regarding being on-call were given at the time of the interview (being on call is roughly 25% of this job) The salary is decent, but this job should 100% be an hourly position (denied me hourly pay). They over work each and every one of their employees.
