An HR person screens you first and that call is followed by a Zoom with the clinical manager. The second call is very formal and personable. The manager asks about your previous experiences and why you believe you are a great fit for the position.

Lots of paperwork but pretty easy process. Staff were friendly and helpful. Interviews with 3 different people which gave me a good understanding of the job and company. Even met with the owners who were very nice.
