I had an initial interview with one of their recruiters. She was very informative, asked great open ended questions. My next interview with via SKYPE with the VP I'd report to. She was also very good at asking great questions and provided me with a realistic overview of what to expect should I come to work for her. I liked her openness and also she had a lot of passion for her work and role at Interim. My 3rd interview was with someone in the company who had previously had the role I would be doing. She was also honest and asked great questions. I felt during all my interviews that they really wanted to make sure that not only was I the right fit, but that I would fit well into the role and the company.
