Phone call with HR interview then the next day administrator phone interview. The following week in person interview with HR Director and administrator/DON, background check, drug test about a two week process
Very straightforward. They were very kind and open to the work environment. I would recommend their company to anyone. I liked the person interviewing me. They were kind and upfront about the company

Interview
An HR person screens you first and that call is followed by a Zoom with the clinical manager. The second call is very formal and personable. The manager asks about your previous experiences and why you believe you are a great fit for the position.

Lots of paperwork but pretty easy process. Staff were friendly and helpful. Interviews with 3 different people which gave me a good understanding of the job and company. Even met with the owners who were very nice.
