I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Interim HealthCare (Brookings, SD) in Jul 2020
Interview
Basic interview, asked about you, your background, work schedule preference. It felt very comfortable, more like a conversation than an interview. Really easy interview process. Only one interview was required and then I was hired on.
Test required, professional greeting, prompt interview. Both the scheduling coordinator and clinical nurse supervisor were present and asked questions. They said I met all the requirements and I heard back about a week later with a Jon offer.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Interim HealthCare (Pocahontas, VA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Tense at first but I then relaxed the interviewer was straightforward and direct. I answered questions to the best of my ability. I had to take training classes and get a TB test, then I was hired the following day after classes ended.
