Spoke with recruiter first who gathered general info on my background and asked about my wants in a position / organization. Next week interviewed with executives and then another round with VP. Heard back from recruiting they really liked me but decided to go with someone who had a little more experience. However, it took 3 weeks to hear this and I had to be the one to reach out as ask for an update, after sending follow up interest emails prior.
