quick, easy, no drug test....not that i needed one, but still really? You are sending people into pediatric and geriatric settings...these people don't know you, nor do you know them, probably something you should test for.

Interview
They just need bodies so it was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know if you had your certification and if you did you pretty much got the job. The training program is pretty good though then make sure you are prepared before you get on site.
