I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at International Paper in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied and interviewed through my university's career fair. I interviewed with two employees, one HR and one engineer from local job sites. Both of them told me that the interview would consist of standard IP questions that are asked to every interviewee. The interview was standard, but it felt like more of an interrogation and I found it difficult to establish a conversation with the IP employees.

Interview
