Interview
The first round was a skype voice interview with office leadership and regional leadership. Second round was in-person interview with office leadership and one additional staff member. After the first interview, they provided me with a contract to look over for one of the employment programs and had follow up questions about the contract.

I'm not sure if this was due to the organization itself or the recruiter, but I had a poor experience with my recruiting screening. The recruiter: -spelled my name wrong in their email -scheduled the screening call 15 minutes outside of my given availability -arrived 4 minutes late to the interview -didn't allow for any questions at the end of the screening The first question the recruiter asked was about my salary expectations, we didn't talk much about my qualifications. I never received an update after the screening.

You have an initial call with the recruiter and then a zoom call with hiring manager and team member. After that you have to give them five references (2 of which have to be managers). The whole process was a nightmare start to finish. I gave my references and would check in each week for an update. Find out weeks later the position has been filled. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
