I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Only received an initial request for an interview over a month after applying, and the amount of time between interview rounds sometimes stretched to 2 weeks. Over the course of 1.5 months I had completed 3 interviews and a writing assessment. All that was left was to see if I got the job. I never heard back.
Got to the final round and was ghosted. And never even heard anything about the writing assessment.

I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Nairobi)
Interview
I did four interviews for the position. No feedback at the end of the exercises! This is an international organisation? I felt the HR was extremely uncouth What a sad joke!!!!
