The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Internet Brands (New York, NY)
Interview
Went through three phone interviews (one recruiter, one person from another vertical, and one with the hiring manager). Several rescheduled times on their behalf. The first two didn’t even know much about the position. The person from the other vertical knew nothing at all about the position or the vertical it was in. Lastly the hiring manager had a Glengarry Glen Ross attitude.
Overall, I get the impression the company doesn’t communicate well with each other. No one could articulate their cultural values or what makes it a great place to work.
