Interview
It all starts with a phone interview, followed by an online test that will measure your QA skills. Once you pass this test, they'll give you a case study exam with three cases. After passing this one, they'll ask you for a personal interview with a person from HR and the head of the department. If a positive decision is made, they will check your references and your background, then they'll make an offer.
