the initial contact happen w/ a recruiter, who referred me to the business unit. I then got a first interview over the phone w/ the recruiter, who then decided to bring me in for a round of in person interviews. I met w/ the recruiter, the head recruiter and a couple of business owners w/in my business units. They then submitted a written case. And called me back in for another round of interviews. I met w/ the business owners again and a number of C-Suite Executives. I got an offer after that.
