Went through a phone screening first and they sent me a design challenge and if I passed it, I'd meet with the team for an in person interview. The one thing I'll say is that the design challenge was ethically sketchy. They gave a challenge to redesign the website they wanted to hire for and wanted as high fidelity as I was willing to to produce over the weekend. They didn't offer to compensate or offer another option other than their own website. When I inquired about this, the hiring manager said that I shouldn't worry and they won't use my designs in any way. I went ahead and did it anyway since I really needed a job but felt pretty sketchy about it. Didn't end up getting an offer.
