Overall average interview but it took almost 3 months to go through all the rounds. They responded after a month after my last round of interview. Process: HR round, Product manager round, Take home test, one round other with other manager, hiring manager round, round with VP .

1. A recruiter reached out for a phone screen (30 min.) 2. Phone interview with Sr. Director of Product (30 min.) 3. Second phone interview with Sr. Director of Product (30 min.) 4. Case study assignment (spent 1 hour doing and sent back to IB) 5. Scheduled 1-hour interview with Chief Product Officer 6. A day before a scheduled meeting with CPO, recruiter calls to go over some pre-call logistics and things to look out for. Everything looking good. 7. 1 hour before the scheduled meeting, get a call from the recruiter that there was a time conflict. OK, that's weird, but let's reschedule. 8. Do not hear back from the recruiter for a day, sent an email to follow up on the rescheduling. 9. Two days later, the recruiter calls to say they've made changes to the job description and role and will not continue with me. Huh? Talk about a waste of time. A lot of people are saying IB use interviewers to do their "case study" to help them gain ideas and insights about their own products.
