I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Internet Brands (El Segundo, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview where HR asked several technical questions to screen out people from the interview process. If you pass the technical screen from HR, you will get a phone screen with the IT Manager. They will then bring you in for an interview. Everyone seems nice and they will test your technical skills as a systems administrator throughout the process. I did not receive an offer from the company but it was still a good experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Internet Brands (El Segundo, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
HR arranged then forgot about a meeting we scheduled. Then on the day of the interview they were disorganized and relentless. The employees I talked to seemed like good people. The CTO met with me as well and he seems like a smart person. Eventually they lowballed me and I declined their offer. Negative overall.
