I applied and got an interview invitation three months later. Had a first oral interview with the senior management team. Passed and was invited to send previous work samples. Passed and was invited to the final oral
interview. Overall it was quite a positive process.

I was asked competency as well as behavioural questions. I was also asked to describe my work samples
The interview process consisted of two interviews with the country team and with the program team. Country team will ask for your understanding of the country's current political state and needs. Program team will ask you more general interview style questions to see your work style and critical thinking style. It is important to come across as someone that is willing to learn and be a team player.
