There were 5 rounds in all, 1 general english test, 1 online writing test, 1 F2F round (which can go upto 1.5 hrs!), another F2F round and then a round with the director( who asks all sort of questions apart from the ones which are applicable to the role you applying for!). Your candidature is not analysed on the basis of how well you write or how much you meet the requirements of the role, instead on the basis of how well you can answer totally irrelevant general stuff. Spent a total of almost 9hours in the interview process, rather would say wasted 9 hours!
