I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intralox (Melbourne) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process is extensive. Its a sequence of several interviews with people in surrounding positions as well as management. It was a very conversational style of interview with all parties, very engaging and enjoyable. I was able to find out what they wanted and how they worked to see if that felt right for me. It was fantastic to get a snapshot on all those people I would work with and allow them to have insight into who i was to make sure I felt comfortable and fit well into the company culture and style.
I did 4 rounds in total including an assessment test. The staff is very professional and friendly. Test not easy to pass but it make sense because the position requires a minimum technical knowledge.
