      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Intralox in Aug 2021

      The process took 4 weeks.

      Interview

Applied online, I reached out to someone on LinkedIn, he forwarded my message to the hiring manager. Got asked for a phone interview the following week. 30 minute phone interview with HR on Tuesday (just going over company and job description), was told I’d hear back by end of the week. Didn’t hear back, so I followed up the next Monday, and then the following Monday as well. Got asked for a video interview later that day, scheduled for the following Tuesday. Three separate video interviews with 5 employees (2 project managers, 1 team lead, 1 engineer, and the hiring manager). Interview was really positive, mostly behavioral questions and a few questions about my experience. Heard back two days later that I was receiving an offer. Initial salary offer was low, asked for 15% higher and they matched my counter offer the following day without negotiating. Really personable people, and an all around good experience. The company culture seems incredible, and they seem to care about their employees, unlike many giant corporations in the area. Really excited to start!
