The process had three rounds. A first HR screening, an interview with 2 members of the engineering team, and then a full day interview with about 20 different employees. The first round was a simple HR screening with behavioral questions. The second round had both behavioral questions and technical questions led by engineers. The third round started with a plant tour and involved 5 or 6 sessions. These were a mix of behavioral interviews and technical interviews. The technical interviews involved physics problems relating to conveyor belts and required you to stand in front of 3-4 engineers and perform calculations. There was also a role playing portion where you role played an engineer working with various customers.
