I applied online. I interviewed at Intralox in Dec 2021
Interview
I had an initial call with HR , then the hiring manager. No proper communication. I thought I was ghosted but get an email out of blue. I was not sure if they were interested in hiring me. The HR does not respond to any emails after 3 rounds of interview and proposing a onsite interview. Give me a picture of the management and the professionalism of the team
