I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone interview. However, the recruiter missed our call so I sent an email asking if it was still a good time. I never heard back and emailed her again 3 days later to check in. Still, there was radio silence and I assumed she was no longer interested. Then, I heard back a week after our first scheduled conversation. The second time around, the recruiter called over an hour late with no notification she was running behind. The call itself was fine, just your general HR screening call.
I made it to the second round which was a 30-minute call a designer. This was rescheduled several times. Again, the call went well and I enjoyed my conversation with the designer.
I then made it to the third round which is a take-home case study. I had 3 days to complete it and submit it. Once I submitted my take-home assessment, I never heard back from the recruiter again. I spent a good amount of time and effort on this and would have hoped the recruiter had the decency to say she received it or a simple thanks but we're moving on with other candidates. I followed up with the recruiter three times just to check in if she received my submission and the status of my application.
Overall, I found the entire interview process to be very disappointing and inconsiderate.
