The interview process was similar to any other companies. Phone screen -> 30 min designer phone interview -> design exercise -> 2.5 hr onsite interview. During my final round interview, I really felt that I clicked with the people and hoped to get my offer extended. The recruiter was very nice, and even told me she will reach out to me in a week regardless their offer. However, it has been over a month and a half and I still haven't heard back from Intrepid. The whole interview process took me 4 months including the last round interview. I emailed the recruiter 3 times after my final round interview (one email per week) asking her for their decision, but the reply was that she was busy and will give me a call. It was very disappointing and rude considering the time and money (uber rides) I had spent to go through the process.
