Applied within hours of the position being posted (they seem to start the process within the first week of the position opening). Started with an intro phone call with a recruiter. Couple days later, got an email to set up a phone interview with the department lead/manager. Couple days after that, got sent the writing assessment. One day later, got a phone call to set up an in-person meeting with the team, which consisted of giving a presentation on myself, my work achievements, and my work process for the assessment. Presentation happened that next week, and heard back within 24 hours after the presentation with a job offer! Lots of steps in the process, but it was well worth it, and everyone was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire interview cycle.
