The interviews were in three stages:
Stage 1. An initial phone contact made by the talent acquisition person
Stage 2. A phone discussion with the hiring manager to talk about the position, evaluate past experience and requirements for the role.
Stage 3. An onsite interview consisting of a panel of 5 persons including the hiring manager and the talent acquisition person. Two technical case studies were shared ahead of time and required creating a presentation to share during the interview.
The entire process took somewhere around three weeks mostly around scheduling dates for the interviews.
