HR called me and told that Intuit is best place to work and they have fast process. All rounds will be done in one day. I decided to give it a try.
HR sent me a question on system design in the mail
and told that first round will be based on this design
in front of all team members. And she suggested me to prepare a ppt with following details:
1. About yourself
2. Recent proud work
3. Craft demo (system design question)
I prepared the PPT. They scheduled following rounds in one day
1. Craft demo round with 3 team members and hiring manager
2. Craft demo deep dive with two team members
3. Round with one of the team members
4. Round with hiring manager
Here is my experience in all the rounds:
1.) First round : One of the team members rudely said that who told you prepare the ppt. I was expecting implementation of system design as well
2.) Second round: One of the team members was over confident and was not listening my approach
He was very particular to the things what he wanted to listen and was talking rudely continuously
3.) Third Round: This round was basically on Reactjs This guy was good and asking logical questions but was focusing on syntax rather than approach.
4.) Fourth Round : This was hiring manager round. Manger was like if he is doing some formality
Overall a bad process. There is no point of having all the rounds if you have decided to reject in initial rounds.
Don't ask immature people to take interview. Please give some training and technical knowledge to your panel .
Bunch of over confident people who are not even technically sound.
