Interview
Lengthy process, recruiter not responsive and never meeting any of the deadlines agreed for the follow ups. Very bad image for a company that claims to be people centric and has troubles recruiting top tech talent.
Applied online and received a call by recruiter one week later.
After a two weeks, did 1 interview with the hiring manager and another 1 with a peer in the same team.
Two months later got scheduled for a panel interview of 3 hours requiring some business case preparation.
Panel got moved a couple of times, then finally happened.
Overall, 4 month process with recruiter unaccountable for any of the followups.

Interview
No transparency through the process and respect of the time of the candidate.
A very lengthy process requiring the candidate to spend several hours and work on a real business challenge for the company. The panel was surprisingly quite "green" in terms of overall knowledge and asking very basic marketing questions through the presentation.
Post-interview feedback was outlining just positive aspects and not explaining why they felt it was not a fit.
