They have now implemented an AI interview system by hirevue. You sit at your computer or mobile device, download and speak to your camera. Afterwards an employee not necessarily skilled in HR; reviews and then says yes or no. It’s one sided. You cannot truly sell yourself in an interview…with…yourself. There is no one to have an interactive conversation with no one on the receiving end to ask questions more in depth about the role. It’s odd. I had questions but there wasn’t a manager to ask these questions to. It’s hard to get a yes from hr with this new form of hiring they believe it diminishes bias but it does quite the opposite. I worked with intuit for a while tried to move into higher end roles but with the new Ai video interviews its impossible to sell oneself without a contributing party/manager.
