After applying online I received an email back from a recruiter with a link to an online assessment. It was estimated to take up to 50 minutes to answer as many questions as you could, digging through their kbase and correctly applying their style guide. This was prior to even aligning on compensation or base level expectations for the job. That’s a big ask from someone who is already employed full time knowing there’s probably going to be multiple rounds of interviews after that. I declined moving forward with the assessment.
