The early stages of the interview process were great - the intro calls, initial interview and even the case study process was a good experience. The case study/final interview can feel intense but the flow of it goes pretty smoothly. My biggest disappointment in the entire process was the follow-up after the interview. They say you will know a final decision in 24-48 hours...well it took about a month for them to get back to me with a final decision. A week after the interview I was contacted by the recruiter, in which she expressed that they really liked me and were interested in hiring me. At that point I was told I would know within a few days - after weeks of follow-ups, I was finally told that 'they really liked me but decided to go another direction'. After having to wait for so long, it would have been nice to have some more feedback. This lack of circling back when all signs pointed to positive throughout the 2 month process, was highly disappointing, particularly because the position remains open.
