I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Was great. Nicely done. Questions asked with long term goals. Individual leadership skills accessed and they wanted to know how I would fit in with their mission statement and true north goals.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Intuit follows the STAR process. Interviewees should be expected to explain a Situation or Task, the Actions they took, and the Results for every question in an interview. You may hear some of the same questions from different interviewers. Typically, all interviewers participate in a meeting with the manager to discuss their perceptions from the interviews, so it's wise to be consistent in your replies.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit (Edmonton, AB) in Jan 2010
Interview
I was introduced to the company through a hiring firm. I had three interviews with a business manager, a technical lead, and the senior site leader across two days. Questions ranged from logical questions, use of technologies, and those that deal with your own perspective on soft subjects. I also had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the type of work. It was a fairly smooth process. After these interviews I was called back for another interview within the week and was made an offer to join the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The technical interviewer asked about my opinions on guiding a customer through setting up a new software product and how to make it a positive experience. I had never considered how to accomplish this effectively.
