I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had a first call with someone in HR to give more details on my profile and experience and get more information on the role, then an informal meeting with the hiring manager and finally went through the Assessing for awesome process (A4A) 5 weeks after the first call. It could have happened earlier than that but they needed to find a date where 3 people in 3 different countries were available to assess my skills.
A4A was a 3-hour interview process including a presentation of myself and my proudest achievement in my career, the presentation of a case study analysis I had received in advance and 3 one-to-one interviews including competency-based and soft-skills questions. It can sound stressful at first (it was a first for me!) but I had enough time to prepare, clear instructions and support from HR to answer any questions I had. I think it's more convenient to have all of it on the same day rather than a longer process. I was given a response the next day, which is efficient and it was a first too!
