Investec Financial Planning Administrator interview questions

Two-stage interview. The first stage was a description of the company and the role and involved a few competency questions. The second stage was a discussion about how I work in a team and more general questions about myself and my thoughts about the role. I was offered the role, but the company's exact dealings were vague, as was the specifics of the role. I ultimately turned this down as the answers to my questions about the company and what my job would entail were not satisfactory. All four people I interviewed with seemed friendly and both interviews went well.
