Investec IT Graduate Programmer interview questions

Initial interview with the recruiter, followed by an assessment day. Was required to do a presentation on a topic chosen by investec in front of all other candidates and and the IT team/recruiters. It was such a good experience as you are able to build confidence and prepare yourself for the actual interview after the presentation. 2 interviews with 4 IT Team members. Rather easy and informal, extremely friendly people. They also provided free lunch and goody bags. Cant complain about anything at all as it was a pleasant experience! Very unique layout of the Assessment day and they allow you to be yourself throughout the entire process.
