Two stage, phone then face to face with three people, including CEO of the area I was interviewing for. Face to face was on site in Gresham St. No feedback was ever given, which is a shame. Wasn't even told if I got the position, just had to assume I didn't.

Question 1
This was not a usual interview, involved scenario questions with answer on a whiteboard
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Investec (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
- 1st call with HR Partner.
- 2nd call with Hiring Manager less than a week later.
- Feedback provided within 24 hours. Unfortunately not successful, however there was valid feedback about why I missed the mark for the role.
- Overall, great candidate experience. Very professional from Investec. One of the few times in a year long search for a new role where the entire process has been so well managed and moved through the stages rapidly.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Investec (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
The overall recruitment process took around 2 months.
It consisted of the following steps:
1. Screening interview with a recruiter.
2. Interview with a hiring manager.
3. Interview with a team (4 people).
4. Assignment - in my case it was a simulation of a product refinement session. You prepare the assignment offline and afterwards conduct a workshop with the Investec team.
5. Final interview with a hiring manager and HR manager.
