Interview
I applied for the Graduate Role for 2018. Once I submitted the application I was invited to complete a short video interview. The interview gave you time to read the question and prepare, and then provide short and on point answers. The overall process was straight forward and does not require any prior preparation.
Overall very positive experience. Started with a phone interview, followed by a face to face interview at Dartmouth Partners, who were recruiting on behalf of the firm. Questions were motivational and competency. This was followed by an assessment day at the Investec offices.
