I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Investec (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was straightforward and clearly designed to show Investec culture and values. The process gave a positive image of investec. I was unable to make the second face to face interview in London, but was hoewever able to do a telephone interview instead which does not appear to have put me at a disadvantage.
recieved hirevue invitateion right away 30 seconds to prepare and 1 min to respond you are not allowed to retake it. It was basic questions but you may feel like you don't have enough time to think and respond.
It was a prerecorded interview, you have a minute to answer, you get two takes. You get a minute to prepare your answer. What do you know about Investec. What makes you out of the ordinary. Why should be hire you. Tell us something thats not on your cv
It was online and you could pre-record within the interview. The questions weren't technical or really job-related so I don't know what they're looking for. I don't think I got in so I'll be waiting indefinitely
