First round 90 minute face to face interview. With one day's notice I was asked to come back for what would be Second and Third round interviews, over 90 minutes each, with 30 minutes break inbetween. I enjoyed the questions that were challenging and interesting. I knew I was a borderline candidate, a good personality fit but I wasn't quite there technically. I was assured they were looking to move quickly and that I would receive a response within the next few days. I heard nothing so followed up with HR after two weeks. Assured I would receive a response but to this day I've never heard back. I'm sure this was an oversight and probably follows from a policy of not telling people they've not been successful until their someone has accepted the position. However it is incredibly rude not to come back to someone and I still frown whenever I see the Investec brand.
