You will get the job spec beforehand so that you’re better prepared for the interview. It’s usually 3 people who will be interviewing you, and they are extremely friendly so you have nothing to worry about.
Quite interesting, most questions are going to be about how you handle pressure and how well you work in a group setting. Another thing is how you handle yourself amidst conflict
