Very strange process in that the job specification centred around what I had been doing for the past 5 years, so I took out a few hours tailoring my cv and answering the questions on the application, and they took less than 30 minutes to reject it Looking back the only thing I can pinpoint the rejection on is that I mentioned my desired salary - that indicates it’s looking for people willing to work for below market rate Avoid at all costs
