2 interviews with members of the team which was quite conversational in style with a few competency style questions, followed by an interview with HR, and a technical case study in the final stage. Interview process was quite smooth and a positive experience. However after the final stage, I received absolute radio silence from the team and had to constantly chase up, eventually getting a ‘no’ from the recruiter who was dealing with this role. This turned an initially positive experience into a very negative one. The total lack of feedback and any form of communication was extremely disappointing, and left myself and the recruiter very confused. Really bad handling of a simple situation which could have been resolved in a much quicker and simpler fashion.
