Total 4 rounds of interview was conducted. 1st round was telephonic and it was just normal conversation about the CV. 2nd round was live coding test. 3rd round technical interview with leads, technical architect and head of IT. 4th round was with CIO.

The interview was very relaxed and the interviewers were kind. They do press you on tougher questions. The interviewers hardly speak and the interview is very short. You need to prepare before hand some basic answers, so as to not slip up and make a mistake.
First interview was online interview,following by technical,them onsite so it qaa four sets of interview which were relatively easy and it was okay of you know you stuff, the the last interview was caltural fit we ith the manager
First cellphone interview, second was online interview with manager, third was with other team members, fourth was with CIO and Recruitment consultants. Conversational interview style, investec culture is great. The interview process felt good and I enjoyed every part of it.
