Invisible Technologies Finance Associate interview questions

I applied online. I received a questionnaire back that seemed automated so I'm assuming all that apply receive this. I think its a way to vet serious applicants because it is a lengthy questionnaire, or "test" as they refer to it, asking mostly personality questions and why you would be a good fit and requiring essay like responses. I was also asked to submit a 2-3 video of myself. After about 2 weeks they reached to say they wanted to scheduled a Zoom interview with the Head of Finance that would take anywhere from 15-40 minutes. The interview started out with asking some basic financial statement questions and then moved on to some situational questions about my past experience and "what ifs" in their environment. After every question the interviewer gave me feedback to tell me that was answer was either "correct" or "good." Then he asked about strategies to increase profit. I struggled with this question, giving factual feedback, but he wanted a creative suggestion. He didn't like my answer and stopped the interview after that. He told me while he can tell I'm clearly intelligent, he doesn't think I would be a good fit and maybe I'm not ready for a job at this company yet. I thought it was bad form to give direct feedback like that in person and to tell me basically - go work somewhere else first. The meeting lasted 40 minutes.
