The experience was terrible, characterized by minimal communication. Even when there were attempts at communication, they stumbled and made excuses for their lack thereof. They create unnecessary hurdles and then disappear without a trace. Their conduct is highly unprofessional, as they make empty commitments.

Confusing, still cannot figure out what i did. Interview pattern has changed significantly now. It is all computerized, with no real interviewers involved; which is not a problem, but made the process

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

I was given a prompt and 3 different prompts and asked to pick one which should be most fitting.

Interview
The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
