Have you used your curiosity to solve a complex problem at work, and what was the process and the result? 3. 2nd Manager Interview: How do you ensure you understand what constitutes good service from the perspective of different clients? How do you know you’re delivering good service to that client, whether it be qualitative or quantitative? Can you please describe a situation where you had to manage a client's expectations that were not aligned with what could realistically be delivered, and how did you handle it? How did it play out long term? Did you eventually build or deliver what they were asking for? Can you please describe your approach to managing teams at multiple levels? What was your strategy for change? 4. 3rd Director Interview: Could you share one of the more challenging interactions you’ve had with a client, and how did you handle it? Who did you work with, and what did you do to make it smooth? (hardest question I got) Talk me through how you lead your team through ambiguity. How do you manage team members, and does that vary depending on the level they're at? Tell me about a time you had to create a new process or offering for a client, what steps did you take? What do you do if a client asks you for something you are unable to accommodate? * In general, you should focus on studying questions about internal and external stakeholders, client relationships, implementing processes, your management style, managing large/remote teams, and time management.
