The response time was quite high for me. I waited 4 months to have the second round of interview (I lost hope - but don’t because they eventually let you know whether good or positive). You don’t speak to a human during the interviews, which eases the process because you eliminate random questions and you get to prepare. The number of tasks they ask you to do to have the offer changes during the process. They said 3 and I ended up doing 5.

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
