In my case, it's a bait-and-switch. You're applying for a specific job, but they’re just stockpiling people for potential, unguaranteed gigs later. Future applicants, take note because you might be wasting your time.
I went through the "interview" which is a language assessment and other assessments (logic, IQ based, etc). Multiple part series, spanning over a few days. Probably a couple hours total time. After it's completed I receive an email stating that I've been approved and accepted into the system and they'll contact me if a project appears that aligns with my background and availability. Problem is: I was never asked my availability and I was applying for a specific job from a job public job posting. Would have been nice to email a real person.
Again, I applied for a specific training position. Not once did anything relate to the position I applied for. Never talked to a real person or ever had a real contact. This company is just stockpiling "potential" contractors. That's fine I guess, but they should specifically state this in their job listings. Please be aware of this before you apply.

even though I am Persian lit graduate I did not got accepted, I really don't know what they are searching for. I wonder if the location matters. the exam for Farsi was very hard, small grammar that are not usually used in common language
I’ve completed two tests so far. Each question had its own timer — for example, one MSQ was limited to 50 seconds, and there were ten MCQs timed similarly. This way, instead of the normal 15 minutes for 15 MCQ it was 1 min for MCQ
