Invoca employed a clever step in the process where they sent a questionaire to all the candidates that one had to put a fair amount of thought into. It allowed them to select their pool of candidates. The process was swift and led to an onsite interview. Once their it seemed a bit hectic, with multiple people interviewing for the same role sometimes in rooms next to each other. The people were great but after an entire day - the company never responded back with even a "we are not moving forward" message. That was a bit dissapointing.
